Cafe – Sovereign Centre

Scope

North Somerset Council identified that they had some old empty retail units in the Sovereign Centre.

These spaces needed a new life and the best way they thought was to Re-Purpose the space.

Solution

This area was previously a cafe, but it did not have a tenant, so the solution was to reenergise and refurbish to make it into a much more modern cafe where people wanted to come and visit.

Result

Source Electrical Services Limited worked alongside North Somerset Council and main Contractor Bray & Slaughter to create a bright and modern space.

Source were responsible for the full electrical design and installation, and which included lighting, power, containment, fire alarm, intruder alarm, data points and CCTV
