Ian has been working in the Electrical Contracting industry since 2000, previously with Weston Electrical Services until it was sold and then starting Source Electrical Services with Paul Lanning to combine the best of over 40 years experience to create a new company with family values, great quality and professional service.

Paul started his electrical apprenticeship with Weston Electrical Services in 1997 working his way up to Contracts manager before leaving and joining forces with Ian to start Source Electrical in 2019.

Kelly Ball has been with Source Electrical from the beginning, having worked previously with Ian and Paul at Weston Electrical Services. Kelly has proved an invaluable member of the management team with specialist interests in Health & Safety and HR and oversees the day to day operations of the business.
