North Somerset Council identified that they had some old empty retail units in the Sovereign Centre.
These spaces needed a new life and the best way they thought was to Re-Purpose the space.
This area was previously a cafe, but it did not have a tenant, so the solution was to reenergise and refurbish to make it into a much more modern cafe where people wanted to come and visit.
