Co-working Space – Sovereign Centre

Scope

North Somerset Council identified that they had some old empty retail units in the Sovereign Centre.

These spaces needed a new life and the best way they thought was to Re-Purpose the space.

Solution

This unit has been designed as a co-working space with which now offers relaxed office and desk space for small business, freelancers, consultants and entrepreneurs to work alongside other friendly creatives including developers, designers and digital marketers.

Result

Source Electrical Services Limited worked alongside North Somerset Council and main Contractor Bray & Slaughter to create a bright and modern space.

Source were responsible for the full electrical design and installation, and which included lighting, power, containment, fire alarm, intruder alarm, data points and CCTV
