Fellow Director Paul Lanning is also part of the management team and having worked with Ian for the last 20 years together they are an exceptionally strong partnership. Paul carried out his electrical apprenticeship with Weston Electrical Services and worked his way up to contracts manager, now he has the experience and drive to make Source Electrical something special.
